My yoga flow classes are accessible to all levels, working with beginners as well as offering challenge to those with more advanced practice. By combining disciplines from Ashtanga, Vinyasa, and Baptiste styles, classes range between gentle flowing poses that restore and renew to more vigorous heat-building flow, that builds core strength and flexibility. My teaching emphasizes linking breath to movement; creating a moving meditation that focuses on breath to calm the mind. For every class, curated playlists are sequenced to the flow for an uplifting experience.
